Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of SeedhaOrder, a product of Imnorio (Khambhat, Gujarat, India). By using seedhaorder.com, a restaurant's ordering page, the restaurant panel or the delivery app, you accept these terms.

What SeedhaOrder is

SeedhaOrder is software. It gives each restaurant its own online ordering page, a panel to manage the menu and orders, live delivery tracking and reports. We are not a restaurant, a food seller or a delivery company. Food is prepared and delivered by the restaurant that you order from.

For customers

  • When you place an order, the sale is between you and the restaurant. The restaurant decides the menu, prices, delivery area, preparing time and whether to accept your order.
  • Give a correct mobile number and address. You are responsible for the OTP sent to your number.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Questions about food quality, missing items or delivery should first go to the restaurant.
  • Refunds for orders are described in our Refund Policy.

For restaurants

  • You must give true business details and keep your menu, prices, opening hours and delivery area up to date.
  • You are responsible for your food, its quality and safety, your FSSAI licence where required, GST and other taxes, and your delivery staff.
  • Keep your login and your staff's logins private. You are responsible for actions taken with them.
  • Online payments go to your own Razorpay account. Gateway charges are paid by you to Razorpay.
  • Do not upload illegal, misleading or copyrighted content you do not have the right to use.

Plans, fees and payment

  • Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, as shown on our Pricing page or agreed in writing. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is extra where applicable.
  • SeedhaOrder charges no commission on your orders.
  • When a subscription period ends without payment, we may stop new customer orders and may block the account until payment is received. Your data is kept for a reasonable time so you can renew.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape or overload it, send spam, or access another restaurant's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Service availability

We work hard to keep SeedhaOrder running but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Features such as SMS, WhatsApp, maps, notifications and online payments depend on third-party providers who can have outages.

Intellectual property

The SeedhaOrder and Imnorio names, logos, software and design belong to Imnorio. Restaurants keep ownership of their own logo, photos and menu content and allow us to display it to run the service.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Imnorio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost orders, or for anything that happens between a customer and a restaurant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

A restaurant can stop at any time by not renewing or by writing to us. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature continue (fees due, liability, governing law) continue after ending.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use SeedhaOrder means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Anand, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
