Do you take commission on orders?
No. SeedhaOrder charges a fixed monthly fee. Every rupee of every order goes to your restaurant, 0% commission.
How do my customers order?
Each restaurant gets its own link, for example seedhaorder.com/your-restaurant, and a QR code. Customers open it on any phone, no app download needed, verify their number with an OTP and place the order.
Do I need my own delivery boys?
Yes, you use your own delivery boys (or you deliver yourself). They use our free Android app. Customers can follow the delivery boy live on a map.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Customers can pay cash on delivery or online with UPI, cards and wallets through your own Razorpay account, so the money comes straight to you.
I sell chai or snacks from a scooter. Is this for me?
Yes. Mobile seller mode sends each new order to the nearest free seller, plans the best route through all customers, and shows customers how many stops are before them.
How do I get my menu online quickly?
Send us a photo of your menu. Our AI reads it and creates your items, categories and prices in a few minutes. You can edit anything afterwards.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
There is a one-time setup fee that depends on the plan, and then a monthly fee. There is no contract. You can stop any time. See the Pricing page.
Do I get a notification when an order comes?
Yes. Your restaurant panel rings a loud alert and shows a pop-up with Accept and Reject, like the big food apps. It also works as an app on your phone and can send push notifications.
