SeedhaOrder ("we", "us") is a product of Imnorio, registered at P0654D, Tekra Upar, Nr. Kothi Building, Bandra Buraj, Khambhat, Anand, Gujarat 388620, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use seedhaorder.com, a restaurant's ordering page, the restaurant panel or the delivery app, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Customers: name, mobile number, delivery address and map pin, order details, notes and any file you attach to an order, and your location only when you tap "Use my current location".
- Restaurants and staff: business name, address, owner name, mobile number, email, GSTIN and FSSAI number if you give them, menu, orders and subscription payments.
- Delivery boys and sellers: name, mobile number and live location while you are on duty or delivering an order.
- Website visitors: details you type in our contact form, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to prevent misuse.
How we use it
- To let customers place and track orders and to let restaurants prepare and deliver them.
- To verify your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP).
- To send order updates and alerts by SMS, WhatsApp or push notification.
- To manage restaurant accounts, subscriptions and support requests.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent fraud.
Who can see your information
- The restaurant you order from sees your name, number, address and order, because it must prepare and deliver it. A restaurant cannot see another restaurant's data.
- The delivery boy assigned to your order sees the address and phone number needed to deliver.
- Service providers that help us run SeedhaOrder, such as our hosting and security provider, SMS and WhatsApp providers, Razorpay for online payments, Google Firebase for push notifications and Google Gemini for reading menu photos. They get only what they need to do their job.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Location
Customer location is used only to place the delivery pin and check the delivery area. A delivery boy's location is shared with the restaurant and the customer only while an order is being delivered, and old location points are deleted automatically after a short time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping your data safe
We use https encryption, hashed passwords, per-restaurant data separation and limits on repeated OTP and login attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal and tax duties. You can ask us to delete your customer account data, except where we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop messages, by writing to [email protected]. You can turn off notifications in your browser or phone settings.
Children
SeedhaOrder is not meant for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Using SeedhaOrder after a change means you accept it.
